Parking Enforcement -- Parking Regulations, Part D (9)

All traffic and parking regulations are enforced 24 HOURS A DAY,

seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.

PART D – Procedures, Section 9 – General

(a) The University assumes no responsibility for any vehicle or its contents while it is parked on the campus.

(b) The person to whom a parking permit is issued is responsible for all parking violations involving his/her vehicle.

(c) Responsibility of the enforcement for these regulations rests with the University Police Department.

(d) The Chief of Police may adopt procedures necessary to effectively administer these regulations.
